Jill Pargeter Linen Zip Bag Dog - Yellow

Jill's linen zip bags are hand made using hand printed linen fabrics and are ideal for make-up, pens and pencils, sewing kit and other bits and pieces. They are cotton lined with a matching coloured zip pull and are available in a range of colours and designs. Please note that the lining is not waterproof and would not be suitable as a washbag.

Jill Pargeter Artist's Statement:

"I have been working as a printmaker and designer for over thirty years after studying printed textiles at Manchester Polytechnic. All of my work is handmade to my original designs from printing, stitching and finishing the final pieces.

My work is inspired by folk art and the Arts & Crafts Movement and it combines my love of history, nature and poetic verse. My designs are hand drawn and then screen printed onto fabrics from which I produce a range of decorative objects for the home."
