Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing from the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
- The day you receive the goods; or
- If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (for example, by email or post).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Returning Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
- Digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost.
