pJoin us on 2nd December for a special private view of Moving Stories: House Guests 2026

Within 186 Gwydir Street, the exhibition is curated around the theme of Maps, Travel and Journeys. Artists and visitors are invited to consider: Where have we come from? Where are we going? What do we carry with us? To explore journeys both real and imagined, extraordinary and quotidian, from physical routes and imagined landscapes to maps, memories and the traces we leave behind.

Featuring artists: Jilly Edwards, Laurence Epps, Nick Fenn, Sabine Kaner, Katharina Klug, Hilary Moreton, Abe Odedina, Jen Orpin, Archana Pathack, Lorraine Rutt, Rae-Yen Song 宋瑞渊, Esna Su, LR Vandy, Caroline Wending.

Please give if you can. This private view is only possible because of the support of people like you. Your donation enables us to keep commissioning, exhibiting and selling the work of contemporary artists and makers and continue our contemporary programme. Every gift, big or small, makes a difference.

Private views run from 6.00pm to 8.40pm in 20-minute timeslots. To keep the House comfortable for everyone, please book your preferred slot below and arrive on time, as we cannot accommodate late arrivals or changes on the evening.
